Day 1 – Journey to Our Nation's Capital

Board our deluxe motorcoach and settle in as we begin our journey to Washington, D.C.

Meet your fellow Dashers, enjoy the scenery, and relax while we take care of the driving.

Tonight we'll stay at our comfortable en route hotel.

Day 2 – Welcome to Washington, D.C.

After breakfast we'll continue toward our nation's capital.

This evening we'll enjoy an included dinner before checking into our Washington, D.C. area hotel for the next four nights.

The excitement is just beginning!

Day 3 – Discover the Heart of America

Today we'll enjoy a professionally guided tour through our nation's capital. 

Highlights include:

Seeing the monuments beautifully illuminated after sunset is an unforgettable experience and offers a completely different perspective than visiting during the day.

Day 4 – Honoring America's Heroes

Today's tour begins at one of America's most sacred places.

⚰️ Arlington National Cemetery

Visit the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, Kennedy Gravesites, and experience the dignity and history found throughout these hallowed grounds.

We'll also stop at:

Later we'll travel to one of America's most historic homes.

🏡 George Washington's Mount Vernon Estate & Gardens

Walk through the beautifully preserved estate of our nation's first President while learning about his remarkable life and legacy.

This evening we'll enjoy dinner with entertainment before returning to the hotel.

Day 5 – Smithsonian Museums

Following breakfast we'll spend the day exploring the world-famous Smithsonian Institution.

Choose from some of America's finest museums, featuring history, science, aviation, natural history, art, and much more.

There truly is something for everyone.

Dinner is included before returning to the hotel.

Day 6 – National Harbor

After breakfast we'll visit National Harbor, one of the Washington area's premier waterfront destinations.

Enjoy time to:

Later we'll begin our journey home with an overnight stay en route.

Day 7 – Homeward Bound

After breakfast we'll complete our journey home.
