Double Occupancy
$6,056 per person (cash or check if paid in person or sent via mail). Your trip is not confirmed until we receive your deposit and process it.  A confirmation will be sent to your phone or email. Please make sure if you are mailing your check to include that information. 

Single Occupancy
$7,294 per person (cash or check if paid in person or sent via mail). Your trip is not confirmed until we receive your deposit and process it.  A confirmation will be sent to your phone or email. Please make sure if you are mailing your check to include that information. 

Deposit Required: $650 per person to secure your spot. 

Final Payment Due March 13, 2027

Credit Card Processing Fee Notice

Please add the appropriate processing fee product to your order based on the number of travelers you are paying for today. This only applies if you are ordering online and/or paying by credit card. 

For example:

• If you are paying the $650 deposit for one traveler (double occupancy), please add $25.
• If you are paying the $650 deposit for two travelers ($1300 Due), please add $50.

Please make sure to add this processing fee product line to your order at checkout.

If the appropriate fee is not added, Dash Getaways Travel will add the processing fee to your booking and send you an updated invoice reflecting the correct total. Again, this only applies to those travelers paying by credit card for either their deposit, remaining balance or full balance. If you are choosing to pay in payments via credit card, the fees will still apply. We appreciate your understanding and keeping our costs low. Airport Transportation (Optional)

Transportation to and from Chicago O’Hare International Airport will be available for travelers who wish to ride with the Dash Getaways group.

Pickup locations may include:

• Plymouth, Indiana
• Fort Wayne, Indiana
• South Bend, Indiana

The Add on Cost of this service will be determined based on the number of Dashers participating in the airport transportation and will be announced once final numbers are confirmed.

Travelers who book their own flights that align with the group’s departure and return times may also request to ride with the group transportation if space allows.

This service will include transportation to Chicago O’Hare Airport prior to departure and return transportation back to the pickup locations upon our arrival home.

Passport Information

All travelers must have a valid U.S. passport to travel internationally.

Your passport must be valid for at least six months beyond your return date from Australia. If your passport expires sooner than that, you will need to renew it before traveling.

We strongly recommend checking your passport expiration date as soon as possible to allow plenty of time for processing.

If you have never had a passport before, you must apply in person at an authorized passport acceptance facility.

Travel Requirements – Australian ETA

All travelers visiting Australia must obtain an Electronic Travel Authority (ETA) prior to departure.

The ETA is an electronic travel authorization that allows eligible passport holders to enter Australia for tourism purposes. It is linked directly to your passport and must be approved before boarding your international flight.

Travelers can apply easily online using the official Australian Government website or mobile app.

Important Notes

• Your passport must be valid for at least six months beyond your return date.

43 days or more before departure – Deposit + non-refundable hotel reservations + non-refundable/penalty airline tickets

42–30 days – 25% of ground trip cost + non-refundable hotel reservations + non-refundable/penalty airline tickets

29–22 days – 50% of ground trip cost + non-refundable hotel reservations + non-refundable/penalty airline tickets

21–15 days – 75% of ground trip cost + non-refundable hotel reservations + non-refundable/penalty airline tickets

14 days - Day of Departure - 100% of ground trip cost + non-refundable/penalty airline tickets

During Trip - 100% non-refundable for all trip arrangements.
